Now, I have just eaten a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich along with a bowl of off-brand Frosted flakes without Milk. I did not know how expensive Milk was! :) The off-brand Frosted Flakes will give me my vitamins and minerals (see below):

I will make sure to include at least one serving of this in my $30 diet plan to make sure that I am getting some nutrients.
Drinking over 100 oz. of water a day. I have to make sure that I stay hydrated. Also, your hunger and thirst feelings run across the same "receptors" so if I stay hydrated, It will be easier to last until the next meal :)
First, I have to say i love the visor! and I know I need to give you another one since you are wearing that one out, I'll bring it to leads. Second, arent you breaking the rules by already having food in your fridge to eat and drink?!? Maybe you should have someone else make the rules so they are more fair!

ReplyDeleteI highly recommend "green smoothies" for filling, nutritious, low-cost meals. You could probably spend $5 every 2-3 days for plenty of smoothies for breakfast or lunch :)
